Worst beating (in a kayak) ever had: 1998, at the Gore festival. I got a good beating in Toilet Bowl, had to be pulled out by a rope, loosing both contacts. That’s when I realized I shouldn’t leave home without glasses or spare lenses. It was a long, scary drive home.


If you could paddle any where in the world, where would it be next:
I would be some place with fantastic kayaking, culture and overall beauty.

When I’m not playing nerdy school-boy, I telemark ski.

A day in the life: What’s a day of paddling look like?
Usually wake up somewhat early, put on later than expected, have a great day either surfing big waves or creekin’ in the woods. After that, its hanging out with friends and talking about how great the day was sippin’ on a cold one.
